Troubleshoot USC-Licensed Software Installed on Home Computers

If you have USC-licensed software on your home computer and it is not working correctly, fill out a work order explaining what software and operating system you are having problems with. The Office of Information Technology will do its best to help you resolve the problem, but are not allowed to physically work at your home to resolve the problem.

At the discretion of the Office of Information Technology, it might be possible for the home machine to be brought into the shop, but if it is determined that there are issues beyond the software creating the problem, it is up to the user to resolve the issue.

The Office of Information Technology cannot reformat or replace the hardware or operating system software of non-USC computers.

Challenge the conventional. Create the exceptional. No Limits.
